Natasha's background combines both academic training and professional experience in managing and troubleshooting projects of all sizes.

An award-winning student, Natasha was originally trained in geochemistry, where she excelled in developing and navigating methodical, systematic approaches to workflow and information management. After returning to her studies for certification in computer science, she launched a freelance practice in web development, delivering such projects as a private online community for an international non-governmental organization; a multi-stage registration system for a conference hosting over 1,000 delegates from 40 countries; and an online database of published research – a project that had been stalled for over a year, but which Natasha completed within six weeks.

As the web applications strategist for the newly-inaugurated Thompson Rivers University, Natasha project-managed the development of the university’s web site, from RFP, through acquiring the content management system, to training users.

As a member of the Social Signal team since October 2007, Natasha has helped projects such as Tyze.org and Green Gifts overcome obstacles, meet milestones and exceed expectations.
