Collaboration - it ain't easy! (www.igloo.org/lkearney/apictureis) The need for collaborating training and knowledge, especially in the non-profit sector, is emerging, which is why we've created the Communities Collaborating Institute (www.tamarackcommunity.ca/cci2008.html). Even in those times when we want to step away from our collaborative roundtables, boards and meetings, I've found that online communities help us to continue collaborative conversations on our OWN time.
