Aaron is a principled technology enthusiast with a passion for participatory culture. Building on years of experience in the nonprofit sector, he is currently working with several large organizations to help transform emerging web technologies into powerful tools for social change.

Aaron is a skilled communicator with extensive experience in independent media, community work, and web technology. His recent work for Social Signal includes managing the development of the social networking site ChangeEverything.ca, serving as the web site editor for NetSquared.org, a nonprofit technology resource centre; and maintaining the Social Signal web site.

Before joining Social Signal, Aaron worked with Vancouver's Portland Hotel Society, one of the city's most crucial front-line community service organizations. A former member of IndyMedia, Aaron's film and web work includes the online stop-animation project vitaminbike.org, and leading the digital editing and web promotion for a Vancouver film that has since toured North America's independent festivals.
